Global speaker, presenter, coach and mentor; an independent individual, offering project management and interpersonal consultancy, facilitation, instruction, support and development across all levels of experience for private and public business sectors.
An international project and program manager with over 25 years of experience. Providing a comprehensive range of management, facilitation and mentoring experience across a eclectic range of business environments including, financial services, petroleum, consulting, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and information technology.
As a senior instructor she has developed, written, led and facilitated more than 1,000 training programs in over 50 countries, across five continents. .
Sheilina provides consultancy services and has been responsible for embedding project management in a number of organisations. A consummate change agent influencing from leadership through to junior staff by training, coaching and mentoring, to facilitate structure, documentation and behavioural change for improved business and personal performance.
In addition to program and project management consultancy activities, Sheilina is actively involved in incorporating development and delivery of education in Neuro-Linguistic programming (NLP).
She contributes articles and interviews to both PMNetwork® (contributing Editor), and Project® (APM UK Publication). She also contributes time and content to both the Association for Project Management and Project Management Institute as a volunteer. As a keen advocate for individual development, she provides knowledge and mentoring support to individuals working on theses and writing books and periodicals.
Vocational work includes contribution to the National Health Service, by serving as a volunteer representative on the Primary Care Network Trust panel based in London, England.
