The development and delivery of a Project Management
Essentials Course in association with Deloitte in the UK. An exciting
project with a blend of project management essential tools and techniques
such as WBS, Risk Management, Change Enablement/management/control and
Communication and soft skills using NLP.
I developed a case study based on a live and working
entrepreneurship. A growing company in the food and beverage industry
who employ the latest in technological development to streamline the effectiveness
of their organisation – Tiffinbites
Sales Training
I am delighted that some of my clients have realised
the benefits of introducing project management early in the sales process
and throughout the account management process. This provides them with
the opportunity to introduce standard tools throughout the organisation,
ensuring their clients benefit from a professional, consistent approach
from first contact, through contract fulfilment and future account management.
Executive Coaching
I continue to be sought as life coach/mentor in a one-to-one
or group capacity. This environment provides a safe, honest and totally
open forum to discuss challenges, change, development and learning requirements.
I provide each client with the space and opportunity to develop their
thoughts, ideas, and challenge limiting beliefs, develop more confidence
and structure in their intentions, and create well-formed outcomes to
achieve.
Mentoring
I am excited to be taking the opportunity to mentor
young people as a volunteer to assist in their development and to provide
guidance and support in their choice of future. This provides me with
a wonderful opportunity to provide leadership and assist them in sustaining
their enthusiasm from the sidelines of their lives.
Personal Development
Speaking and attending PMI conferences and local meetings
to stay abreast of current developments and also to learn Spanish and
Russian to add to my language repertoire.
